“The shortest distance between two people is a smile.”
Once upon a time a guest was heard at the hotel talking to her friend about their stay at the hotel. Her words that day inspired us to create our motto, our strap line. “Smiles Better” The lady turned to her friend and said, “I love the way the staff here smile, it’s miles better than that other hotel we stayed at.”

We believe that a happy hotel is a hotel people would want to stay in, and we also believe that if we, the staff at the Hyde Park Towers are happy, then this will help us create a hotel that is smiles better than other hotels. So we smile. A welcoming smile, a last smile before departure, smile throughout your stay, we hope we will always interact with each other, and with our guests with a smile.
